Let’s Talk Safety

Safety is one of our high priorities, so let us talk about it.

Some key important safety factors to keep in mind:

A vehicle walk around before leaving any location (especially work sites). Not only does allow you to assess your vehicle to make sure its safe to drive but it also prevents any accidents with hazards or obstructions that could be near the vehicle or in low visible locations. It is not unheard of for animals and or small children to be under vehicles, in the wheel wells, and in the back of vehicles.

When on work sites or driving through work sites make sure you are constantly scanning the surrounding area for any people/workers or equipment and avoiding stepping out from in-between parked vehicles as that could be a blind spot for drivers. Remember heavy operating equipment have much larger blind spots than the average vehicle so take caution when driving behind or walk around; if you cannot see them, they cannot see you. As always be sure to drive the posted speed limit in construction zones.

We want to make sure everyone is getting home safely.
