The More You Know: Utility Right of Ways.

Hey Homeowners!

Did you know that you may have a utility ROW in the front or at the back of your house? When there is a utility right of way you will need the utility owner's permission to landscape, build decks or build fencing. Sometimes the green space, or walkway behind your house may be a utility easement as well.
